It's hockey time again and we are looking for Recreational League (Tier 3) coaches!

If you are interested please complete the following steps:
1. Register with USA Hockey by going to www.usahockey.com and complete the player/coach registration.
2. Click on the "Online Forms" tab located in the left menu and complete the online coaching application.
3. Click on "Forms and Pubs" and complete the background screening.

*FAHA will reimburse you for your registration, background check, and coaching clinic(s) after all forms and registration steps have been completed.

Register online in advance through USA Hockey.
 
USA Hockey and the Coaching Education Program require both certification and registration to be eligible to coach. Registration is done online on a yearly basis. Certification is also required.
 
A few basic steps are as follows:
  • Register as a member of USA Hockey.
  • Register and attend the required certification clinic. You can only attend one clinic per season.
  • Complete the online age-specific module(s) for the age level of play you are coaching. (The online modules are available from September 1 to December 31.)
  • Must attend the required clinic and complete the necessary online age-specific module(s) by December 31 of the current playing season to continue coaching on January 1.
  • FAHA will reimburse you for your coaching clinic fees.*
